By the strategy of Iran Ministry of Petroleum to supply industrial equipment by local industries, therefore Industrial Development and Renovation Organization (IDRO) established PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT INDUSTRIES COMPANY (PEIC) in 1991 to invest in production and services related to mentioned fields.

PEIC holding company has established five companies manufacturing steel valves, Pipe Fitting& Flanges, wellhead equipment and X-mass trees, Turbo compressors, Fin fan air coolers, Fuel pump dispensers, Gaskets and Fasteners by various materials such as: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and NACE application for high and low temperature and different size and pressure for oil, gas, petrochemical industries on the base of international standard API, ASTM, BS and etc.

In 2010 the remaining Holding company (PEIC) was privatized and the main shareholder of this group is Oil Pension Fund Investment Company (OPIC).

TOOS PAYVAND CO. as subsidiary of Petroleum Equipment Industries Company (PEIC) was established in 1996 with production capacity of 3500 MT per year and as an Iranian leading manufacturer and Supplier of steel butt-welding fittings, Forged Fittings, Flanges &Pipe by various materials such as: carbon steel, alloy steel stainless steel and NACE application for high and low temperature and different size and pressures.
